Commentary: There was a police raid in Roma community in Eastern Slovakia several years ago. Many people were badly beaten as a result of it and the police could not provide any credible reasoning for their actions. It was probably just an act of sadistic pleasure. Naturally, the cops involved did not have to face any consequences and the victims even became prosecuted for providing false statements.

La lutte - fighting in courts
La lutte – they yearn to come home!
Commentary: In the 1970's, inhabitants of Chagos Islands experienced forced expulsion from their homeland. The Cold War was in full swing and the USA simply needed a new military base in Indian Ocean. People's lives were uprooted and they had to move to Mauritius where they could not adapt to a new lifestyle and lived in abject poverty. Their sons and daughters still hope to return home. The struggle continues to this day!
